chromatic fatigue syndrome
If you've been reading my tweets, you'd know the recurring headache I experience. I thought it was the usual migraine I get when I have insufficient sleep and when exposed with sun's intense light. It was annoying
since it triggers every time I stand up either from sitting or lying, sometimes I have to pause before continuing my movements. After suffering it for a
week and doing a self diagnosis, I decided to consult a Doctor for a proper diagnosis.
Last Tuesday, I went to Asian Hospital. It was my second time. The first was 2 years ago when I had my medical checkup as company's hiring procedure. I told the DR what I wrote on the first paragraph. She asked if I have a husband, I replied than I'm not married. She asked if I have a boyfriend, now I know what she's trying to generalize. I said positively that it's not what she thinks, I'm not pregnant lol. I questioned her that I usually have a low BP, she said hers is lower. (for me, I don't care hahaha, worried na nga ako and she seems
so relaxed hahaha) She recommended me to have a CBC (complete blood count). Her pre-diagnosis were anemia and astigmatism.
If blood test would be normal, she suggested that I see an ophthalmologist. I told her that I wear an eyeglass but not regularly wear it. I explained her my eye grade went down after not wearing it for some time then she laughed. Parang she can't believe =p
The next day I went to Healthway for my CBC. I waited an hour for the result. I prayed na it would be normal. I noticed that my hemoglobin was 3 counts lower than the minimum normal value. Thursday, I showed it to my Dr, she giggled and said, it was normal. She added that it was caused by stress, actually her term was overstressed. Sabi pa nya, ano ba yan ang dami nyo sunod sunod na ganyan. Continue ko lang daw stresstabs, (because of Google) I told her that based on research too much iron is not good, but she said stresstabs contain small amount, right for daily intake. Lastly she reminded me to eat good food and sleep right. :)
My diagnose pala was chronic fatigue syndrome. Ayan, ngaun sumasakit nanaman. Maybe because of the lindt I ate. Minsan lang naman to hehe. Thank God that this is nothing serious, my praise belongs to YOU.
Seriously, we should really take good care of our bodies. :D
